Aman Mehndiratta has taken the responsibility of society in terms of regional growth, employment generation and industrial growth. Aman, as an entrepreneur, has planted the seeds of development and the fruits will be enjoyed by the society in the face of employment opportunities, higher per capita income, better standard of living, higher savings by the individuals and the government will get more income tax, sales tax, import duties, export duties, and balanced regional development.

The word “entrepreneur” is derived from a French verb which means ‘to undertake”. He has undertaken the responsibility of the society considering all the risks involved. He is always in search of something new and exploits the ideas to gain from the opportunities to fulfill the objectives by accepting all the risks and uncertainty.

Since entrepreneurial development has become so significant it is important to understand the functions of an entrepreneur and why we need more people like Aman Mehndiratta in our society. Looking at the immense benefits that the entrepreneurship can provide to the society it becomes even more crucial to have more and more entrepreneurs whom all will work together for the societal benefit.

Aman Mehndiratta as a problem-solving entrepreneur

Aman Mehndiratta has all the characteristics of being a splendid entrepreneur. He is continuously in search of new ideas. He constantly evaluates the on-hand business process to determine the effectiveness of the system and to develop new plans.  The entrepreneur has to assume all the risks associated with implementing the new plans. He is willing to assume all the risks that that will arise out of his plans for the business.

Entrepreneurship is a process and not a destination. It involves various steps from the generation of a new idea to the implementation to the promotion and operations. He has gone through various stages of the entrepreneurship. He has managed to deal with every hurdle in his way and has come out as a winner.

An entrepreneur is supposed to manage a lot of problems. By doing so he learns a lot about management. Aman, too, has learned and improved a lot of his managerial capabilities. He learned to deal with the grievances of his employees.  When an organization does well it delivers so much for the society in form of employment opportunities, enhanced living standards and other benefits. Improving living standards of the society is the proof that the organizations are doing well.

Aman Mehndiratta is definitely doing a lot of hard work for the betterment of the society. He is always up to do his best in whatever field he is working whether it is entrepreneurship, investing or philanthropy.  We do need more such people to such a hard work so that our society grows at a fast rate.
